Quotations & Pricing

Project quotes are prepared based on initial parameters and are subject to adjustment if scope, format, volume, or turnaround requirements change. Work begins only after scope, pricing, and timeline are mutually agreed upon.

Client Materials

The client must possess the legal right to share submitted materials and is responsible for verifying the specific translation requirements of the receiving authority or institution.

Scope of Service

A certified translation does not constitute legal, immigration, or medical advice. Receiving authorities maintain their own independent acceptance criteria.

Free corrections

If USCIS, a court, or the receiving agency flags a translation or formatting error attributable to Fidelis, we fix it free of charge, as a priority. Free corrections don't cover changes in scope or the final decision on your case, which always rests with the receiving agency.

Payments

We confirm the price before we start. We accept cards via Stripe invoice, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Zelle.
