Process
How we work
- We look at your site
You send us the address and we check how many pages it has, which platform it runs on and what makes sense to translate first.
- We send you a quote
Free and with no obligation, with the scope and the delivery date. If you want, it includes a free sample of your home page.
- We translate and review
We build a glossary of your business terms, so each word is used the same way across the whole site.
- We deliver and check it live
We deliver it ready to upload, or we publish it on your site ourselves. Then we review it live, page by page.
We work with the platform you already have
Choose yours to see how the Spanish version is added.
WordPress uses a language plugin such as WPML, Polylang or TranslatePress. If you already have one, we deliver the file it imports, or we enter every text ourselves.
Shopify has its own free app, Translate & Adapt. We review and correct every text right there, including your store policies, which the app does not translate automatically.
Wix includes Wix Multilingual, which adds the Spanish version inside the same site. We enter and review the texts in the editor.
Squarespace has no built-in option for several languages and recommends the Weglot extension. We review and correct every text inside Weglot.
Webflow has its own language feature, Localization. We enter the texts page by page and check how each one looks.
We check what your plan allows. If it has no language option, we build the Spanish pages inside the same site and link them from the menu.
We work with your developer: we deliver the language files in the format your site uses, or a spreadsheet with every text.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to translate my website?
It depends on how many pages your site has and which parts you want translated. After looking at your site we send you a free quote, and we adapt to what you need: all at once, in stages or with monthly upkeep.
Do I have to change my platform or my web designer?
No. We work with what you already have. We deliver the translation ready to upload or, if you give us editor access, we publish it ourselves.
Is the translation automatic?
Nothing is delivered without review. We use translation tools, and Jorge Cardona, founder and lead translator of Fidelis, reviews and approves every text against your business glossary.
How long does it take?
It depends on the number of pages. The delivery date is in the quote, before we start.
Which Spanish do you use?
A neutral Spanish written for Hispanic customers in the United States, clear to people from Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean and South America alike.
What happens when I change something on my site?
With monthly upkeep, you send us the new or changed text and we keep the Spanish version up to date.
