Clear answers
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about certified translations, pricing, turnaround, and requirements.
What is the difference between certified and notarized translation?
A certified translation includes a signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy. A notarized translation adds a Notary Public acknowledgment when the receiving organization specifically requests it. Always confirm the requirements with the organization receiving your documents.
Do your translations meet USCIS requirements?
We prepare complete English translations with a signed certification of accuracy and translator competence, consistent with the translation requirement described in 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3). Final acceptance and case decisions rest with USCIS or the receiving organization.
How long does translation take and are rush options available?
Standard turnaround for 1–3 pages is 1–2 business days delivered as a high-resolution certified digital PDF. For larger files or tight deadlines, a priority option (+25%) is available, subject to availability and document review.
How do I send my documents and what formats are accepted?
You can send a clear smartphone photo or a PDF file via WhatsApp or email. You do not need a professional scanner or to mail original paper documents.
What payment methods are accepted and when do I pay?
Payment is requested only after we review your document and confirm the exact scope and final quote. We accept all major credit/debit cards via secure Stripe invoices, as well as Zelle bank transfers.
Do you provide physical hard copies or only digital delivery?
We deliver a high-resolution certified PDF ready for direct upload to USCIS online portals or printing. If a court or specific entity requires a physical hard copy with wet signatures by mail, postal shipping can be arranged upon request.
Still have questions about your documents?
